Achieving multiple professional certifications and surpassing customer expectations has propelled Keyes Company Sunset Office Vice President Carlos Garcia to become Dade County's top producing real estate leader within The Keyes organization. Garcia's cumulative sales volume is more than One Billion since he launched his Real Estate career in 1995 with over 2,000 closed transactions. Garcia is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Relocation Specialist and Luxury Homes Member. A founding board member of the Master Brokers Forum (MBF) an elite group of Tri-County top agents from all brokerages who network regularly to promote their properties and learn about new and future projects coming to South Florida.

Carlos is ranked in the top 1% of all agents in the United States and receives numerous awards each year and is registered in the Who's Who American Registry for Recommended Real Estate Professionals. He is ranked in the TOP 100 Hispanic Agents nationwide (NAHREP) and in the Miami Association of Realtors with a membership over 50,000 agents, Carlos holds a ranking in the top 250 of all agents year after year. Before launching his career in Real Estate, Garcia served as  Vice President of Operations for a major electrical Company in Miami. His long affiliation with Keyes, an established  and respected Real Estate firm since 1926 which is still family owned and has over 4,000 associates with over 50 offices in Florida and 2021 closed volume over 9.2 Billion , Carlos has always maintained high ranking in the Top 10 of  The Keyes Company.
