“As foreign investors in the US real estate market, we needed a very tailor made type of advisory, all the more true under the specific circumstances of COVID 19 which prevented us from being in the US to search and view the property personally. We managed to buy a nice property from the distance, in a transaction that was far from being standard/plain vanilla.
