Renee Sayegh

A daughter of a landlord and real estate investor, real estate is part of Renee’s DNA.  With several family members in the real estate business, Renee has been showing property, drafting leases and documents, interacting with tenants and investors, and managing properties for many years.

Renee has keen negotiation skills and a great eye for detail, ensuring that every part of the real estate process flows seamlessly.  With a background in psychology and coaching, Renee has excellent communication, mediation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.  Renee genuinely cares about people, their well-being and what is in their highest good.  Highly empathic, Renee has an ability to relate to others and have great compassion for the excitement and stresses of buying, selling, moving, and transitioning from one space to another.  She patiently guides her clients through the process and thinks one step ahead.  She goes the extra mile to get the job done.

Having worked in the mortgage industry in sales and management, Renee has a clear understanding of the market from pre-qualification to closing. 

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Renee moved to South Florida in 2001 and has held her real estate license since 2006.
