“About two years ago, Steve Reibel was out viewing a Zeuner Realty listing and casually mentioned that he was the vice-president of mergers and acquisitions with The Keyes Company. At that time, we had no thoughts of merging or selling Zeuner Realty, but nevertheless, the seed was planted.
